Nina Deely
Yoga Nidra | Thai Massage

Nina Deely is a yoga teacher and bodywork practitioner whose work brings together movement, breath, and therapeutic touch to support a more balanced and connected way of living. She has been sharing yoga and holistic practices since 2001, offering a grounded and thoughtful approach to working with the body.

Her path into yoga began in Ireland, where she was running her own café following an earlier career as a professional chef in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Ireland and the UK. What began as a regular class to ease stress soon became something more meaningful—offering a sense of clarity and steadiness that led her to deepen her practice and change direction.

Nina trained and lived within the Satyananda Yoga tradition in Australia and India over many years, with these studies and the experience of ashram life forming the foundation of her teaching. Her work is also deeply influenced by Katonah Yoga, which brings a structured and practical approach to alignment, breath, and the relationship between body and mind.

Alongside her teaching, Nina practices Thai massage, a traditional bodywork combining acupressure and assisted stretching to release tension and restore balance. She also shares simple self-adjustment techniques, helping students to better understand their own bodies and move with greater ease and awareness.

Over the years, Nina has created and held spaces for practice and community, including Bindu Yoga Centre in Ireland and Reva Yoga Studio in London. Now based in Portugal, she offers classes, special events, and one-to-one sessions.

Her work is guided by a simple intention: to support a steady, sustainable, and resourceful way of life.
